I’ve always had a bit of a sweet tooth … especially for cool treats like ice-cream or popsicles. In my effort to stay on board the “healthy train” I have sought out healthier alternatives that still allow me to indulge my taste buds, but without the guilt and the stomach ache of the unhealthy choices!

I was therefore overjoyed when a friend of mine told me about her favourite new treat….soon to become my favourite new treat 🙂 Its tasty, natural, and SO EASY to make!!!!!!!

**It is literally 3 ingredients, 3 simple steps, and prep time is 3 minutes or less.**

Dairy Free Fudgesicles


1 Can of Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
5 TBspoons Cocoa Powder


Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Pour into Popsicle Tray
Freeze in the freezer overnight

then ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
